1. Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. UNPINNED, LLC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, inclement weather, or changes in travel plans.

In the event that UNPINNED, LLC cancels an event entirely, ticket holders will receive a full refund or, at UNPINNED's discretion, a credit toward a future event. Rescheduled events do not entitle ticket holders to a refund; existing tickets will be honored at the rescheduled date.

2. What Your Ticket Covers

Your ticket purchase grants you admission to an UNPINNED wine education and tasting experience. Complimentary wine pours are offered to guests as part of the educational programming and hospitality associated with the event. No portion of the ticket price constitutes the purchase or sale of alcohol. The complimentary nature of wine service is not a guarantee of any specific quantity, varietal, or label.

UNPINNED, LLC reserves the right to modify the wines featured at any event without prior notice.

3. Responsible Service of Alcohol

UNPINNED, LLC is committed to the responsible service of alcohol. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification will be required for entry and may be checked at any point during the event.

UNPINNED, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or unable to consume alcohol responsibly, without refund or recourse.

Guests are responsible for arranging their own safe transportation. UNPINNED, LLC strongly encourages the use of rideshare services, designated drivers, or public transit. UNPINNED, LLC is not responsible for any incidents arising from a guest's decision to drive after attending an event.

4. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket and attending an UNPINNED event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

(a) Voluntary Participation. Attendance at UNPINNED events is entirely voluntary. You assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to risks associated with alcohol consumption, physical activity on premises, and interaction with other guests.

(b) Release. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release UNPINNED, LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your attendance at any UNPINNED event.

(c) Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNPINNED, LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims brought by third parties arising out of your conduct at an UNPINNED event.

5. Venue Rules and Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to comply with all rules and regulations of the venue hosting the event. UNPINNED, LLC reserves the right to remove any guest from an event for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct, without refund or recourse.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the venue or its property during an event.

6. Photography, Video, and Likeness

UNPINNED events may be photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending an event, you grant UNPINNED, LLC a royalty-free, perpetual license to use your image or likeness in connection with the promotion of UNPINNED events and products, unless you provide written notice to UNPINNED prior to the event.

7. Health and Safety

Guests with medical conditions or allergies, including but not limited to sulfite sensitivity or other wine-related allergies, attend at their own risk. UNPINNED, LLC is not responsible for adverse health reactions resulting from consumption of wine or any other item offered at an event.

UNPINNED, LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event due to public health requirements, government orders, or other circumstances beyond its control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UNPINNED, LLC's total liability to any guest arising out of or related to an event shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased by that guest. UNPINNED, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

This Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Atlanta, Georgia.

10. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to any UNPINNED event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Events Policy in its entirety.
