The evening runs from 8:30pm to 10pm, with VIP guests welcomed at 8pm for early access and a pour of a reserve wine from Ashwin’s personal cellar. Groups are kept small on purpose - this is a relaxed, immersive experience, not a crowded tasting room. Expect good wine, real conversation, and something you'll actually learn.
The focus for the evening will be on the wine experience: Other than palate-cleansing tiny bites, food will not be served. Please plan accordingly!
